GENERAL HOME INSPECTION

A home inspection is a systematic, head-to-toe examination of the systems and components of a home. During the inspection, your inspector will identify any items of potential concern and will provide you with a detailed report including photos, descriptions and recommendations. The inspection report will serve as a reference and guide to assist you in making informed purchase decisions.

RADON TESTING

Pennsylvania has the 3rd highest average radon levels in the United States. Approximately 40% of homes in PA have elevated levels of radon exceeding the EPA recommended action level of 4.0 picocuries per liter. The Surgeon General, World Health Organization, Environmental Protection Agency, American Medical Association and others warn that radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. and recommend having your house tested for radon.

WOOD DESTROYING INSECT INSPECTION

Wood destroying insects can cause significant damage to your home as they may not be detected for long periods of time. If not identified early and properly treated, wood destroying insects can cause enough damage to affect the structure of the home. Having your home inspected for the presence of wood destroying insects can result in early detection, proper treatment and minimal damage.
